2. Description of Service
Sad Caption provides users with a platform to generate custom text quotes using Artificial Intelligence and design customized photo cards.
3. Accounts and Credits
- Freemium Model: New users receive an initial allocation of free credits. Once exhausted, users can obtain more credits by engaging with sponsored advertisements or upgrading to a Premium subscription.
- System Abuse: Any attempt to artificially inflate credits, bypass the daily ad-reward limits, or use automated bots to interact with our ad partners will result in immediate account termination without notice.
4. Payments and Subscriptions
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Lemon Squeezy provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Refund Policy: Because our service utilizes computational AI resources that cannot be recovered, all purchases for premium subscriptions or credits are final and non-refundable, except where required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing.
5. User Generated Content
You are solely responsible for the content you generate or manually edit using our platform. You agree not to use our AI generator to create offensive, illegal, or harmful content.
6. Limitation of Liability
Sad Caption and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
